The Problem

You don't have a team problem. You have a leverage problem.

The bottleneck in most small businesses isn't strategy. It isn't talent. It's the one or two people who hold the business in their head — answering the same questions, pulling the same reports, writing the same emails, chasing the same leads. Every week. Again.

The repetition tax

You're paying senior people to do junior work. Email triage, proposal drafts, follow-ups, status updates. The highest-leverage hour of the week gets spent on the lowest-leverage work.

Tool sprawl

A CRM. Four inboxes. Notion, Drive, Slack, and a folder of PDFs nobody opens twice. Context is everywhere and nowhere — which means every decision restarts from scratch.

The human bottleneck

You're the only one who knows how the sausage gets made. Delegation means training, which means time you don't have — so the work climbs back onto your plate by Thursday.

The cost isn't another quarter of busy work. It's another quarter where the business can't grow past the hours its founder can personally put in. A business this size shouldn't require heroic effort to run. That's what agents are for.

The Solution

Custom AI agents.

Designed to your workflows. Deployed into your stack.

Not another chatbot. Not an off-the-shelf plugin. An AI agent is a purpose-built employee that takes instructions, runs across your tools, and finishes the job. We build them around the workflows you already run — then document them so your team can operate, adjust, and extend them on their own.

What You Can Hire

Six agents. Pick the one that's bleeding hours.

Every agent is scoped to your business — your tools, your data, your voice. Start with one. Stack the rest as the first pays for itself.

Agent 01

Knowledge Agent

A single search bar across every document, email, SOP, and CRM record your business runs on. Ask a question — get the answer with sources.

  • Indexes Google Drive, Notion, email, and your CRM
  • Cites the source document on every answer
  • Answers policy, pricing, and history questions in seconds
  • Onboards new hires without pulling you in
“Where’s the latest contract with this vendor?” — answered before you finish the sentence.
Agent 02

Research Agent

A senior analyst on call. Briefs on prospects, competitors, markets, and regulations — synthesized from the web and your own archive, with sources attached.

  • Prospect and competitor deep-dives on demand
  • Converts long PDFs into 5-minute audio briefings
  • Generates and pressure-tests new ideas
  • Writes memos, not walls of text
Turn a 40-page report into a 5-minute briefing before your next meeting.
Agent 03

Sales Agent

Never let a warm lead die in the inbox. Qualifies, routes, follows up, and keeps your CRM honest — in your voice, to your playbook.

  • Inbound lead qualification and intake
  • Automated, personalized follow-up sequences
  • Proposal drafting from discovery notes
  • Pipeline hygiene — no more ghost deals
The difference between a 14-day sales cycle and a 45-day one is usually the follow-up you forgot to send.
Agent 04

Marketing Agent

Your voice, on every channel, without the content grind. Built on the same brand and audience foundations as the BMS strategy system.

  • Social posts, newsletters, and landing copy in your voice
  • Personalized email and nurture sequences at scale
  • Content repurposing across eight platforms
  • Performance read-outs with the next action attached
One voice. Every channel. Zero blank pages.
Agent 05

Ops & HR Agent

The first employee you never have to hire. Runs the repeatable internal work — onboarding, policy Q&A, scheduling, ticket triage — the second it hits the queue.

  • New-hire onboarding flows and policy Q&A
  • IT, HR, and admin ticket triage
  • Meeting prep, recap, and action-item extraction
  • Back-office automations across your stack
Give your team the answers before they ask — and give yourself back the Slack DMs.
Agent 06 · Flagship

Custom-Built Agent

One workflow, nobody else has it, it only lives in your business. We map it end-to-end, then ship an agent that runs it — documented, observable, and yours.

  • Full workflow map before a line of code is written
  • Integrations to anything with an API (or a login)
  • Human-in-the-loop checkpoints where they matter
  • Written SOPs so your team can own it on day one
The workflow that only exists in your head — finally out of your head.
What changes

What this actually does for your business.

01

Hours back

The repetitive work gets done while you sleep. Ten or more hours a week is a typical first-agent outcome — usually the most expensive hours on the team.

02

Zero context loss

Agents don't forget what you told them last month. Institutional memory finally lives somewhere other than the founder's head.

03

Output without overhead

More proposals, more follow-ups, more posts, more briefings — without adding a hire, a seat license, or a Monday meeting.

04

Scale without hiring

The business can grow past the hours you can personally put in. That's the difference between a practice and a company.

Differentiation

Not another AI wrapper.

Four decisions make a custom agent different from the “AI features” bolted onto the software you already pay for.

Your workflow first. The model, second.

We start by mapping the actual job — the inputs, the decisions, the handoffs, the edge cases. The model is chosen to fit the workflow, not the other way around. That's why a five-line prompt rarely survives contact with a real business.

Model-agnostic by design.

OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, open-weights — the right tool for the job, and swappable when a better one ships next quarter. You don't get locked into a vendor's roadmap.

Human-in-the-loop where it matters.

Agents don't send cold money, sign contracts, or email clients without approval by default. Checkpoints live where mistakes would be expensive — everywhere else runs on its own.

Portable, documented, and yours.

Every agent ships with a written SOP, a workflow diagram, and the prompt library behind it. If we part ways tomorrow, your team can operate, adjust, and extend every agent without calling back.

Built on the BMS foundation. Agents built for brand, audience, and content work inherit the same Brand & Marketing Strategy System — so your agents speak in your voice, to your segments, on your channels, from day one.

Common questions

The ones owners actually ask.

How long does it take to get the first agent live?+
Fourteen days is the typical timeline for a well-scoped first agent, from kickoff to production. Discovery and workflow mapping take the first week; build, integration, and a staged deployment take the second. Complex custom agents with deep integrations can run 3–6 weeks — we'll tell you which bucket you're in during discovery, in writing.
Do I need to be “technical” to buy this?+
No. The discovery conversation is about your workflows, not your stack. If your team uses the common tools — Google Workspace, a CRM, email, Slack — we can almost certainly build against them. Written SOPs and training are part of every engagement, so non-technical teams can operate the agent from day one.
How is this different from ChatGPT or the “AI” in my existing software?+
ChatGPT is a chat window — you still have to ask, wait, copy, and paste. “AI features” in your existing SaaS are limited to what the vendor decided to build. A custom agent runs across your tools, on its own, to finish a specific job you define. It's the difference between a very smart intern who needs constant direction and a purpose-built employee who already knows what Tuesday looks like.
What's the investment?+
It depends on the workflow's complexity, the integrations required, and the volume of work it replaces. The discovery call produces a written proposal with a specific scope, timeline, and cost — within five business days. Most first engagements are a fixed-fee build, not a monthly retainer.
What about data security and privacy?+
Agents are built to run on accounts and infrastructure you control. Sensitive data stays in your stack — Google Workspace, your CRM, your database — not on third-party training sets. Access is scoped per tool, logged, and revocable. For regulated industries we use providers with appropriate compliance posture (HIPAA, SOC 2) and scope what the agent can and can't see accordingly.
Can this run alongside the BMS system, or does it replace it?+
They're built to run together. The BMS — Brand & Marketing Strategy System — defines the brand, audience, and channel strategy; the marketing and sales agents execute against it. Many engagements begin with one, add the other when the first has paid for itself. Neither requires the other.
